Security Guest Speaker

Come out and join us on Dec. 2nd from 7-9pm in UA3240 to hear our guest speaker, Robert Chiarelli, the Sr. Manager in the Corporate Security Branch of the Ontario Government!

- What security services the Corporate Security Branch provides to the rest of the Ontario Government
- Daily threat vectors the government faces (and how they mitigate them)
- Challenges faced with providing security to such a large organization

This is an event that can be enjoyed by everyone, from those enrolled in IT-specific programs to those with a passing interest for digital security and everyone in between.

SpoofIT has a website again!

As some of you may have noticed, our website has been very bland for a while. It's a long story but basically our good friend hosting the website decided to scrap it without telling us. Since then we'd been hosting it on Mike's (former SpoofIT Exec, graduated 2010) computer at home.

Now we've officially got a website going again. It's not much, but we're working to add content and get it connected with our facebook, twitter, and official calendar. Check back often for updates!
